NAMA® team will work alongside the client team to form and update the expansion strategy reports on ad-hoc basis. The strategy shall be based on the future Brand coverage in KSA, market potential and the Client’s vision.
In line with the expansion strategy, NAMA® will actively search for new locations for the client. As part of this phase, NAMA® shall organize site viewings in all of the potential locations that are in the Client’s interest. NAMA® will do an initial assessment of the suitability of the locations for client and provide the client with the potential ones for further assessment. Based on the needs of the Client, NAMA® will provide the client with market information to support the client in the lease negotiations.
NAMA® will provide a detailed location assessment for each of the potential locations mutually agreed with the Client. The location assessment will be done as a combination of field research and desk-based research. The location assessment will include: General information about the location Tenant mix Unit information including size and high-level technical specifications NAMA® insight on appropriate rental level Conclusion and NAMA’s recommendations
NAMA® will collect and organize relevant documents for each of the locations and manage a data room for the project. The documents to be included in the data room will include but are not limited to: Mall presentations Layouts and sections Lease agreement copies Market analysis reports Other relevant documents
In this phase NAMA® shall request the offers for the jointly selected locations candidates from the landlords and negotiate commercial terms seeking to ensure a desirable result and that the Client’s standard terms be reflected in any lease documents. Furthermore, NAMA® will issue the lease proposals / MOU if needed to close the negotiation with preferred landlord. Coordinate the Signing of the Lease.
