NAMA collects and organizes relevant documents for each location and manages a project data room including presentations, layouts, lease copies, market analysis reports, and other supporting documents.
NAMA requests offers for selected locations, negotiates commercial terms, issues lease proposals when needed, and coordinates the signing of the lease with preferred landlords.
